To make a
booking simply complete the Accommodation Enquiry
Form. Alternatively please telephone Sally Hendriks on
043 983 7844 or (08) 9387 7579. We will then contact you to
confirm availability of the dates you have
requested.
Reservations
will be confirmed once we have received the
deposit.
The minimum
booking periods are as follows:
Long
Weekends
3 night
minimum
Easter
4 night
minimum
Christmas School
Holidays
5 night
minimum
All other
times
2 night
minimum
Payment can be made
by either cheque or direct debit.
A deposit of 30% is
required within 5 working days of the acceptance of your
booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the
commencement of your holiday.
If the commencement
of your holiday is less than 4 weeks from the time of your
booking the full tariff is required within 5 working days of
the acceptance of your booking.
We will send you
written booking confirmation and receipt of monies. We will
also include your key access codes along with other details
relating to Wildbrook Cottage.
No bond is required
but we request you authorize us to charge your credit card
for any extra cleaning or damage during the term of your
stay up to a maximum of $1,000. This is without prejudice to
our right to take legal action for any damage in excess of
$1,000. Extra cleaning will incur a fee if the house is left
in an unacceptable manner.
